用表达GFP的慢病毒颗粒感染HGLMVECs后，从耐嘌呤霉素的HGLMVECs中筛选出GFP- hdlmvecs细胞。细胞被运送到冷冻瓶中(提供P3代的细胞)。推荐使用内皮生长培养基进行细胞培养，细胞最低可达到15倍增。
GFP-HDLMVECs cells were selected from HGLMVECs resistant to puromycin after infected with GFP expressing lentiviral particles. The cells are shipped in frozen vials (the cells are provided @ passage 3). Endothelial Growth Medium is recommended for cell culture and these cells have a minimum average population doubling levels > 15 when cultured following the detailed protocol described below.
