人皮肤微血管内皮细胞-GFP标记（GFP-HDMVECs ）

从表达GFP慢病毒颗粒感染对嘌呤霉素耐药的HDMVECs中筛选出GFP-HDMVECs。细胞在P3代冻存。推荐使用内皮生长培养基进行细胞培养，按照推荐方案培养时，细胞可达18倍增次数。

GFP-HDMVECs were selected from HDMVECs resistant to puromycin after infected with GFP expressing lentiviral particles. The cells are shipped in frozen vials (the cells are provided @ passage 3). Endothelial Growth Medium is recommended for cell culture and these cells have a minimum average population doubling levels > 18 when cultured following the detailed protocol described below.
