人隐静脉内皮细胞-RFP标记（RFP-HSVECs）

从表达RFP的慢病毒颗粒感染对Zeocin耐药的HSVECs中筛选出RFP-HSVECs。细胞在P4-P5代进行冻存提供，推荐使用内皮生长培养基进行细胞培养，按照推荐方案培养时，细胞可达16倍增。

RFP-HSVECs were selected from HSVECs resistant to Zeocin after infected with RFP expressing lentiviral particles. The cells are shipped in frozen vials (the cells are provided @ passage 4-5). Endothelial Growth Medium is recommended for cell culture and these cells have a minimum average population doubling levels > 16 when cultured following the detailed protocol described below.
