人肺微血管内皮细胞-GFP标记（GFP-HPuMVECS）

以表达GFP慢病毒颗粒的HPlMVECs感染后，从耐嘌呤霉素的HPlMVECs中筛选出GFP- hpumvecs。细胞在P3-P4代冻存提供，推荐使用内皮生长培养基进行细胞培养，按照推荐详细方案培养时，细胞可达10倍增。

GFP-HPuMVECS were selected from HPlMVECs resistant to puromycin after infected with GFP expressing lentiviral particles. The cells are shipped in frozen vials (the cells are provided @ passage 3-4). Endothelial Growth Medium is recommended for cell culture and these cells have a minimum average population doubling levels > 10 when cultured following the detailed protocol described below.
