人脐动脉内皮细胞-RFP标记（RFP-HUAECs）

huaec是从正常人脐动脉分离出来的融合细胞。RFP-huaec是从感染了含Zyocin的表达RFP慢病毒的HUAECs中筛选出来的，细胞在P3代冻存提供。建议使用内皮生长培养基进行细胞培养，按照推荐培养方式，细胞可达20倍增。

HUAECs are pooled cells isolated from normal human umbilical artery. RFP-HUAECs were selected from HUAECs infected with RFP-expressing lentiviruses with Zyocin and the cells are shipped in frozen vials (the cells are provided @ passage 3). Endothelial Growth Medium is recommended for cell culture and these cells have a minimum average population doubling levels > 20 when cultured following the detailed protocol.
