产品描述/Products Description
用表达人VEGFR2特异性shRNAs和GFP@第1代的慢病毒颗粒感染HUVEC。选取耐嘌呤霉素的HUVECs-shRNAVR2-GFP细胞。细胞在P3代冻存提供，推荐使用内皮生长培养基进行细胞培养，当按照推荐方案培养时，细胞可达到18倍增。
HUVECs were infected with Lentiviral particles expressing human VEGFR2 specific shRNAs and GFP @ passage 1. Puromycin resistant HUVECs-shRNAVR2-GFP cells were selected and shipped in frozen vials (cells are provided @ passage 3). Endothelial Growth Medium is recommended for cell culture and these cells have a minimum of 18 population doubling levels when cultured following the protocols described below).
