产品描述/Products Description
从正常新生儿包皮组织中分离出HNDFCs-Neo细胞，并在P1代转染RFP慢病毒颗粒。选择抗泽克霉素的RFP HNDFCs Neo，在第三代冻存运输。建议使用成纤维细胞生长培养基进行细胞培养，当按照推荐详细方案进行培养时，细胞可达14倍增。
HNDFCs-Neo cells are isolated from normal neonatal foreskin tissue samples and transfected with RFP-Lentiviral particles at passage one. Zeocin resistant RFP-HNDFCs-Neo are selected and shipped in frozen vial (the cell are provided @passage 3). Fibroblast Growth medium is recommended for cell culture and these cells have an average minimum population doubling levels > 14 when cultured following the detailed protocol described below.
