RFP-HuASMCs是从正常人主动脉分离的HuASMCs中，经表达RFP的慢病毒颗粒感染后，筛选出的抗Zeocin细胞。细胞在P3-P4代冻存提供。建议使用平滑肌细胞（SMCs）生长培养基进行细胞培养，当按照下面描述的详细方案进行培养时，细胞可达8倍增。
RFP-HuASMCs are Zeocin resistant cells selected from HuASMCs isolated from normal human aorta, after infected with RFP expressing lentiviral particles. The cells are shipped in frozen vials (the cells are provided @ passage 3-4). Smooth Muscle Cells (SMCs) Growth Medium is recommended for cell culture and these cells have a minimum average population doubling levels > 8 (2-3 passages) when cultured following the detailed protocol described below.
