产品描述/Products Description
HBMVPCs是从正常人脑皮层组织中分离出来的。RFP-HBMVPCs是在感染表达RFP的慢病毒颗粒后从抗Zeocin的HBMVPCs中筛选出来的。细胞在P5代冻存提供。建议使用周细胞生长培养基进行细胞培养，当按照详细方案进行培养时，细胞可达10倍增。
HBMVPCs are isolated from normal human brain cortical tissue. RFP-HBMVPCs are selected from Zeocin resistant HBMVPCs after infected with RFP Expressing lentiviral particles. The cells are shipped in frozen vials (the cells are provided @ passage 5). Pericyte Growth Medium is recommended for cell culture and these cells have a minimum average population doubling levels > 10 when cultured following the detailed protocol described below.
