从正常人肺组织（成人）样本中分离出HLFCs-Ad，用表达GFP的慢病毒感染HLFCs-Ad后，用嘌呤霉素筛选GFP-HLFCs-Ad细胞，细胞在P2代冻存提供。建议使用通用生长培养基进行细胞培养，当按照推荐详细方案进行培养时，细胞可达10倍增。
HLFCs-Ad are isolated from normal human lung tissue(adult) samples and GFP-HLFCs-Ad cells are selected by puromycin after infection HLFCs-Ad with lentiviruses expressing GFP and shipped in frozen vial (the cells are provided @ passage 2). Universal Growth Medium is recommended for cell culture and these cells have an average minimum population doubling levels > 10 when cultured following the detailed protocol described below.
