MPB-CD133+ Stem/Progenitor cells are positively isolated from MPB-Mononuclear Cells by using a direct immunomagnetic CD133 MicroBeads labeling system. The majority of CD133+ Stem/Progenitor cells also express the CD34 cell marker.
