HEK293AEQ-Ga16 cells expressing the mitochondrially-targeted AEQUORIN protein and Ga16 protein. HEK293AEQ-Ga16 cells are selected from Blasticidin resistance HEK293 cells infected with lentiviruses expressing AEQUORIN with mitochondria targeting signal sequence and Ga16 protein.
