背景介绍/context：
Mouse Heart Microvascular Endothelial Cells (mHtMVECs) were initially isolated from mouse cardiac ventricle tissues of 3-week old C57/Black6 mice and SV40-GFP-mHtMVECs were selected from mHtMVECs infected with SV40 and GFP expressing lentiviruses with puromycin. Endothelial Growth Medium is recommended for the expansion of Sv40-GFP-mHtMVECs. And we warranty a minimum of 30 passages of the cells if cultured following the detailed protocol described below.
小鼠心脏微血管内皮细胞(mHtMVECs)首先从3周龄C57/Black6小鼠的心肌组织中分离，SV40-GFP-mHtMVECs从感染了SV40和GFP表达的puromycin慢病毒的mHtMVECs中选取。建议使用内皮生长培养基进行Sv40-GFP-mHtMVECs的扩张。如果按照以下详细的方法培养，我们保证至少30代细胞。
