小鼠骨髓巨噬细胞(MPBMMACs)来源于无病原体实验室成年小鼠的胫骨和股骨。MPBMMACs在100毫米处理过的组织培养皿中生长，在完全生长培养基中培养10-15天。Mouse bone marrow macrophages (MPBMMACs) are derived from the tibias and femurs of pathogen-free laboratory adult mice. MPBMMACs are grown in 100 mm treated tissue culture dish and incubated in Culture Complete Growth Medium for 10-15 days.
