产品描述/Products Description
小鼠原发性肝细胞(MPLIVCs)是从无病原体的实验室小鼠组织中分离出来的。MPLIVCs是小鼠肝细胞的混合群体生长在T75组织培养瓶预先涂有0.2%明胶1小时，在完全培养培养基中培养一般3-7天。
Mouse primary liver cells (MPLIVCs) are isolated from tissue of pathogen-free laboratory mice. MPLIVCs are mixed population of mouse liver cells grown in T75 tissue culture flasks pre-coated with 0.2% gelatin for 1 hour and incubated in Culture Complete Growth Medium generally for 3-7 days.
