Mouse liver fibroblasts are isolated from tissue of pathogen-free laboratory mice. Mouse liver fibroblasts are grown in T75 tissue culture flasks pre-coated with 0.2% gelatin for 1 hour and incubated in Culture Complete Growth Medium generally for 3-7 days.
小鼠肝成纤维细胞从无病原体的实验室小鼠组织中分离出来。小鼠肝成纤维细胞在涂有0.2%明胶的T75组织培养瓶中生长1小时，然后在培养完全生长培养基中培养3-7天冻存。
