小鼠原代肺内皮细胞(MPLUECs)是从无病原体实验小鼠的组织中分离出来的。MPLUECs在涂有0.2%明胶的T75组织培养瓶中生长1小时，一般在完全培养培养基中培养3-7天。
Mouse primary lung endothelial cells (MPLUECs) are isolated from tissue of pathogen-free laboratory mice. MPLUECs are grown in T75 tissue culture flasks pre-coated with 0.2% gelatin for 1 hour and incubated in Culture Complete Growth Medium generally for 3-7 days.
