BALB/c小鼠乳原代上皮细胞来源于AcceGen，分离自无致病性实验小鼠组织。小鼠原代乳腺上皮细胞在预涂明胶包衣液的T25组织培养瓶中生长0.5小时，在AcceGen完全生长培养基中培养3-7天。细胞开始进行消化，消化后立即冷冻保存在小瓶中。每瓶每毫升至少含有1x10^6细胞，并冷冻运送。小鼠原代乳腺上皮细胞可用于细胞间黏附和迁移的检测。上皮细胞培养的标准生化程序包括RT-PCR、Western blotting、免疫沉淀、免疫荧光染色或免疫荧光流式细胞术或产生用于所需研究应用的细胞衍生物。
BALB/c Mouse Primary Mammary Epithelial Cells from AcceGen are isolated from tissue of pathogen-free laboratory mice. Mouse Primary Mammary Epithelial Cells are grown in T25 tissue culture flasks pre-coated with gelatin-based coating solution for 0.5 hour and incubated in AcceGen's Culture Complete Growth Medium for 3-7 days. Cells are detached from flasks and immediately cryo-preserved in vials. Each vial contains at least 1x10^6 cells per ml and is delivered frozen. Mouse Primary Mammary Epithelial Cells can be used in assays of cell to cell adhesion and migration. Standard biochemical procedures performed with epithelial cell cultures include RT-PCR, Western blotting, immunoprecipitation, immunofluorescent staining or immunofluorescent flow cytometry or generating cell derivatives for desired research applications.
