BALB/c小鼠视网膜微血管内皮细胞来自无致病性实验小鼠组织。小鼠视网膜微血管内皮细胞在预涂明胶溶液的T25组织培养瓶中生长0.5小时,一般在AcceGen完全生长培养基中扩增培养3-7天。装运前,细胞从瓶中分离出来,立即冷冻保存在小瓶中。每瓶每毫升至少含有1x10^6细胞,并冷冻运送。小鼠视网膜微血管内皮细胞可用于细胞间黏附、迁移、血管形成或跨内皮细胞阻力(TER)的检测。内皮细胞培养的标准生化程序包括RT-PCR、Western blotting、免疫沉淀、免疫荧光染色或免疫荧光流式细胞术或产生用于所需研究应用的细胞衍生物。
BALB/c Mouse Retinal Microvascular Endothelial Cells from AcceGen are isolated from tissue of pathogen-free laboratory mice. Mouse Retinal Microvascular Endothelial Cells are grown in T25 tissue culture flasks pre-coated with gelatin-based solution for 0.5 hour and incubated in AcceGen's Culture Complete Growth Medium generally for 3-7 days. Cultures are then expanded. Prior to shipping, cells are detached from flasks and immediately cryo-preserved in vials. Each vial contains at least 1x10^6 cells per ml and are delivered frozen. Mouse Retinal Microvascular Endothelial Cells can be used in assays of cell to cell adhesion, migration, vascular tube formation, or transendothelial resistance (TER). Standard biochemical procedures performed with endothelial cell cultures include RT-PCR, Western blotting, immunoprecipitation, immunofluorescent staining or immunofluorescent flow cytometry or generating cell derivatives for desired research applications.
