C57BL/6 Mouse Lymphatic Endothelial Cells are isolated from lymph notes of pathogen-free laboratory mice. C57BL/6 Mouse Lymphatic Endothelial Cells are grown in T75 tissue culture flasks pre-coated with 0.2% gelatin for 0.5 hour and incubated in Culture Complete Growth Medium generally for 3-7 days.
