背景介绍/context：
Primary Human Glomerular Mesangial Cells，These antibody-free human primary cells were isolated by elutriation of dispase dissociated decapsulated glomeruli isolated from normal human cortical kidney tissue without the use of positive selection of antibodies.人肾小球系膜细胞是从正常人皮质肾组织的囊性肾小球分离纯化，不适用任何阳性抗体筛选，细胞无抗体。
