背景介绍/context：
Immortalised Human Endometriotic Cell Line (12Z) was generated by infecting cells, obtained from a 37 year-old female undergoing laparoscopy, with SV40 virus. This cell line exhibits expression of markers of endometriotic lesions that are seen in vivo. Immortalised Human Endometriotic Cell Line (12Z) may be used to characterize and identify genes and/or markers related to endometriosis.
人永生化子宫内膜异位细胞系(12Z)是通过感染一名接受腹腔镜检查的37岁女性的细胞而产生的，病毒为SV40。该细胞系显示体内可见的子宫内膜病变标志物的表达。人永生化子宫内膜异位症细胞系(12Z)可用于特征和鉴定与子宫内膜异位症相关的基因和/或标记。
