背景介绍/context：
Mouse Pulmonary Microvascular Endothelial Cells (mPulMVECs) were initially isolated from mouse cardiac ventricle tissues of 3-week old C57/Black6 mice and SV40-GFP-mPulMVECs were selected from mPulMVECs infected with SV40 and GFP expressing lentiviruses with puromycin. Endothelial Growth Medium is recommended for the expansion of SV40-GFP-mPulMVECs. And we warranty a minimum of 30 passages of the cells if cultured following the detailed protocol described below.
小鼠肺微血管内皮细胞(mPulMVECs)首先从3周龄C57/Black6小鼠的小鼠心室组织中分离，SV40-GFP-mPulMVECs从感染了puromycin表达SV40和GFP的慢病毒的mPulMVECs中选择。建议使用内皮生长培养基来扩张SV40-GFP-mPulMVECs。如果按照以下详细的方法培养，我们保证至少30代细胞。
