大鼠小脑颗粒细胞系(Cb-E1A)

背景介绍/context：

Cb-E1A cell line from postnatal day 7 rat cerebellar granule cells that were Immortalised with the 12S E1A adenovirus gene.Granule cells of the cerebellum are among the smallest neurons in the brain as well as the most abundant. They account for about 3/4 of the brain's neurons. Granule cells receive excitatory input from mossy fibers (major imputs to the cerebellum) originating from pontine nuclei.

产自出生后7天大鼠小脑颗粒细胞的Cb-E1A细胞系，具有12S E1A腺病毒基因。小脑颗粒细胞是大脑中最小也是最丰富的神经元。它们约占大脑神经元的3/4。颗粒细胞接受来自起源于桥脑核的苔藓纤维(小脑的主要输入物)的兴奋性输入。
