背景介绍/context：

rMC-1 Immortalised cells constitutively express GFAP (glial fibrillary acidic protein) and CRALBP (cellular retinaldehyde-binding protein) which are present in Müller cells.Müller cells are the most abundant type of glial cells found in the vertebrate retina, and perform diverse functions that support the activity of retinal neurons. This Immortalised cell line facilitates gene expression studies in Müller cells and improves the understanding of Müller cell-neuron interactions.

rMC-1永生化细胞组成性地表达Muller细胞中存在的GFAP(胶质纤维酸性蛋白)和CRALBP(细胞视黄醛结合蛋白)。Muller细胞是脊椎动物视网膜中最丰富的胶质细胞类型，其功能多样，支持视网膜神经元的活动。这一永生化的细胞系促进了Muller细胞的基因表达研究，并提高了对Muller细胞-神经元相互作用的理解。
