该细胞系是从一个12岁的高加索女性供体采用SV40大T抗原制备的永生化细胞株。捐献者的CMV、HIV、HBV和HCV检测呈阴性。
The cell line was prepared by immortalizing hepatocytes from a 12 year-old Caucasian female donor with the SV40 large T antigen. The donor tested negative for CMV, HIV, HBV, and HCV.
