产品描述/Products Description
小鼠胚胎成纤维细胞从无致病性实验小鼠的第13天小鼠胚胎中分离出来。在涂有0.2%明胶的T75组织培养瓶中生长0.5小时，在完全培养培养基中培养3-7天。
Mouse Embryonic Fibroblasts are isolated from day 13 mouse embryos of pathogen-free laboratory mice. They are grown in T75 tissue culture flasks pre-coated with 0.2% gelatin for 0.5 hour and incubated in Culture Complete Growth Medium for 3-7 days.
