小鼠肾脏成纤维细胞从无致病性实验室小鼠组织中分离出来。小鼠肾脏成纤维细胞在涂有0.2%明胶的T75组织培养瓶中生长0.5小时，一般在培养完全生长培养基中培养3-7天。
Mouse kidney fibroblasts are isolated from tissue of pathogen-free laboratory mice. Mouse kidney fibroblasts are grown in T75 tissue culture flasks pre-coated with 0.2% gelatin for 0.5 hour and incubated in Culture Complete Growth Medium generally for 3-7 days.
