产品描述/Products Description
小鼠原代肺细胞(MPLUCs)是从无病原体实验小鼠的组织中分离出来的。MPLUCs是小鼠原代肺细胞在涂有0.2%明胶的T75组织培养瓶中生长0.5小时的混合群体，通常在完全培养培养基中培养3-7天。
Mouse primary lung cells (MPLUCs) are isolated from tissue of pathogen-free laboratory mice. MPLUCs are mixed population of mouse primary lung cells grown in T75 tissue culture flasks pre-coated with 0.2% gelatin for 0.5 hour and incubated in Culture Complete Growth Medium generally for 3-7 days.
